Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged EV chargers within 7 days of purchase.

Conditions

• The charger must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not be physically damaged by misuse.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

If your charger is faulty, we will replace it with a new one after inspection.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are not refundable.
